Hi Russell,

Great to see - now if only I could read it :P
(ditto Chris's comment).

I can't see how DOI & the minister's office could possibly finalise this
'unofficial' review in days or even the next week or two.

DOI's arbitrary cut-off for submissions last Tues was a bit rude I thought
considering how many stakeholders they should be consulting as it really
affects the whole community.

Hopefully they will see sense and this unofficial review will result in the
bans being lifted with a further sensible considered public review of
bicycle/train/intermodal travel being conducted.

This is really a fabulous opportunity for the Vic Govt to be leaders in this
developing area of integrated sustainable PT, and the Minister to get all
the kudos, rather than following old and outdated policies of the other
states, and indeed other countries!
