[publictransport] Stickers to raise awareness

[Bethany Keats]

I like the design and I like what it's saying, but as soon as you add more
than one colour the price will increase rapidly. I also think that we need
to stick to bikes as our cause because as soon as we open it up then we lose
credibility.
