Brianna, I thought that our ideas would be added to everyone elses' across
the state and put together as one.
Is it okay to include in the one submission?
Although it seems like some of the matters are covered in the BTBB
submission anyway.
Shall I submit ours separately?

Hi Russell,

Does the Geelong group intend to make a separate submission or do you
want these points worked into the main BtBB submission?

Here is my draft:
171.html>

The only major point of difference is this one:

We briefly discussed this at our Saturday meeting, because it's
something that is popular and works well in European cities. However
they don't have compulsory helmet laws, and offering helmets for hire
is a bit suspect, and it wouldn't work very well if you are supposed
to BYO helmet to a free bike hire. So I'm not sure about that one.

cheers
Brianna
