Poet Randall Stephens<\/a> gets this week’s show off the ground with one of his evocative bicycle poems. Val, Nyssa and Faith keep up the momentum with bike moments and some lyrical waxing on a fab weekend of bike fun in Melbourne recently. We introduce our other studio guest, Dan Reid of Bespoke Chainrings<\/a> and soon talk turns to rythm, motion, design and pussycats chasing their tails.
