In this week’s show Val and Faith introduce their studio guests, Lauren and Nik, before launching into some local and not-so-local news.\u00a0We briefly run through our bike moments, some news from the Giro D’Italia, Bradley Wiggins aspirations to ‘ride like a girl’<\/em> and discuss the pros and cons of blinking vs constant lights before getting into a wider discussion about lights and riding.<\/p>\n

Nik tells us about Dirty Deeds Cyclocross<\/a>, about to kick off it’s fourth season, while Lauren tells us what it’s like for a ‘non-competitive’ rider to take the plunge and get into the fun, beer and mud, that is cyclocross.<\/p>\n

We wrap up with some upcoming events.<\/p>\n
