We are joined in the studio today by City of Melbourne Cr Cathy Oke.<\/a> After sharing some news and our bike moments we head into some general discussion with Cathy about bikes and the City of Melbourne, including bike projects included in the current draft budget <\/a>(especially Flemington Rd) and the ongoing need to make riding in the city accessible to ALL sorts of riders. We touch on the Draft Walking Plan<\/a> from the City of Melbourne and what this might mean for riders before finishing up with a look at Velo-City Global<\/a>, where Cathy made a presentation, and what lessons can be taken from the conference and brought back to Melbourne.<\/p>\n
