Eddington Study – East-West Link Needs Assessment – Public meeting at Collingwood Town Hall on Tuesday 8 May at 7pm
Yarra Council is holding a public meeting to inform our residents of what the East-West Link Needs Assessment (also known as the Eddington Study) will be looking at. The study is focused on the transport corridor from the end of the Eastern Freeway/Hoddle Street to about the Western Ring Road. There are several proposals as to what this could mean and how much money may be spent on the various proposals.
This session is to provide information about the East-West Link Needs Assessment and to encourage Yarra residents to make a submission. This is your opportunity to have your say on the scope of the study.
To help residents prepare their submissions, the City of Yarra is hosting a Public Information Session to explain the enquiry process and discuss key transport issues affecting the East-West corridor. (Study area generally extends from the Eastern Freeway/Hoddle Street to the Western Ring Road).
When: 6.45pm for 7.00pm start, Tuesday 8 May, 2007
