BUG MeetUp: It’s quite a while since we’ve had a meeting of BUGs. Boroondara BUG currently has a meeting place that should work well for a get together – the function room at the Elgin Inn on the corner of Burwood Rd and Elgin St, Hawthorn. It’s right on the 75, Vermont South, tram line and very close to Hawthorn Station on the Belgrave/Lilydale line.

Chris or Steve from Yarra BUG have agreed to join us for our next meeting on Thursday 12th November and we are hoping that others may be able to come too. They would like to talk about Yarra Bend Park. Other possible agenda items are: naming and signing of off-road trails; enforcing of standards for construction of off-road paths and bicycle infrastructure generally; and making all TravelSmart maps available online from a single site. If you would like to add to this list please feel free.

We meet at 6.30pm for a meal, ordered from the bar downstairs, and start the meeting at 7.30pm. Can you please let me know if you are able to come and whether you’ll be eating or not by Monday 9th November? And please spread the word to any BUGs that are not Vicbugchat members.
