Val and Faith kick off with the usual bike moments before discovering a lack of news, despite the Giro D’Italia. We introduce our studio guest, the amazing Iris Dixon (nee Bent). Iris rides with the Golden Oldies at Preston velodrome three times a week and at 82 doesn’t plan on stopping any time soon. Earlier she also won sixteen Australian Women’s Championships, 26 Master’s Titles and a Worlds. We finish up with a plethora of events for the coming weekend!
