Renewal in this area could include many appropriate uses, including safely linking to the Anniversary Trail/Outer Circle Rail Trail, improved access to the Yarra Boulevard and the area is already marked as a Strategic Cycling Corridor. At present it’s not sure if scope could include the Heidelberg Road/Grange Road/Chandler Highway intersection that’s spectacularly awful for pedestrians and riders. You could mention improving the intersection alongside any other worthwhile suggestions.
